There will be westbound and eastbound right lane closures on Spruce Avenue between Sexton Street and Willow Street starting April 19,for the installation of new telecommunication infrastructure. This work is anticipated to take three hours to complete. Motorists wishing to avoid possible delays are encouraged to seek alternative routes. Access to businesses and residences will be maintained at all times. RoadRUNNER Transit will not be affected. This work is being done on the border of Council District #1 and #3.
