2021 Coed Outdoor Youth Soccer

The City of Las Cruces Parks & Recreation Department will be offering individual and returning team registration for the upcoming 2021 Summer Outdoor Youth Soccer and Lil' Sluggers Baseball League.

This FUNdamental recreational league has been developed with the health, wellness, and safety of participants and staff in mind.

Participants, coaches, and spectators will be required to follow COVID-19 safety guidelines which include wearing a form-fitting face covering, and social distancing must be followed when possible. There will be three co-ed age divisions offered for youth between the ages 4 to 10, please refer to the age chart below. Players must be at least 4-years old to participate.

League play will begin the week of June 14. The cost is $35 for returning team individuals (with no jersey provided) and $45 for new players (which includes a game jersey).

Returning Team Registration

Returning coaches are responsible for contacting returning players as well as Parks & Recreation Athletics staff to submit a returning team roster at by Wednesday, May 12.

Returning players not interested in joining their returning team, or players whose teams are not returning, will be required to register individually during Individual (New Player) Registration.

Individual (New Player) Registration

Drive-Through Registration with payments of cash or check only – will be from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Friday, May 14 at Meerscheidt Recreation Center, 1600 E. Hadley Ave. Please be prepared to fill out participant waiver and permission forms as well as providing proof of a child’s age, with a birth certificate. Participants will be required to obtain or renew their Parks & Recreation issued Activity ID card no later than June 5, 2021.
