6/15/2021: Customer (JIrons)

- I used more water than I had programmed for, really not having a baseline. "The Hawk" did his/her job and swooped down and told me I had exceeded my target amount! I have just now adjusted it. What peace of mind this should bring to all LCU customers!

- TAKE CARE!

Regards,
Customer

That is one fantastic program LCU has established!

The City's goal is to provide a user-friendly web portal that gives our customers access immediately. Customers have more control over their monthly water and natural gas consumption and of course their budget. With UtilityHawk, you will have instant access to your LCU account information 24-hours-a-day, seven days a week. UtilityHawk converts “Big Data” into usable information to help you track your water and natural gas usage, set usage alerts, and view and pay your bill.

How to use UtilityHawk

The UtilityHawk web portal contains information and options to keep you updated on your natural gas and water usage. It gives you current and projected bill amounts, allows thresholds settings that alert you when you exceed set amounts, and provides your usage history. If you have multiple natural gas and water accounts, business and residential, you can see information for all of your accounts, making it easy to manage your utility use.

Every time you sign in, you’ll see information for your current billing period with both estimated and projected bill amounts as well as the amount of water and natural gas used.

Set Alerts

The Threshold page allows you to set alerts to inform you when you’re getting close to your monthly threshold amount and when you’ve exceeded it. This feature helps you track and adjust your usage in real time, giving you control over your monthly bill.

UtilityHawk also provides natural gas and water consumption information in easy-to-understand graphs. See your usage with hourly, daily, 48-hour, monthly, or yearly views to help with budgeting or conservation efforts.

LCU Customer Central can be reached at 575-541-2111 from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.
