[ARCHIVED] Police Seek Help Locating Missing Teen

Police are asking for the public’s help locating a teenage girl who has been missing from her Las Cruces home since March.

Jaylyn Lara, 16, was last seen by family on March 25, 2021. Lara was originally listed as a runaway, but she has yet to return home. Lara was last seen at her home near Milton Avenue and Hagerty Road.

Lara is 5-feet tall and weighs approximately 140 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Jaylyn Lara is asked to call Las Cruces police at (575) 526-0795.
