The City of Las Cruces Parks & Recreation Department will offer individual registration for the upcoming 2021 Fall Youth Sportsmanship Basketball League from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, August 21 at Meerscheidt Recreation Center. There will be five age divisions offered to all genders between the ages 4 and 14. Cost is $45 for new players (includes a game jersey) and $35 for returning players (no jersey). League play will begin the week of October 4, 2021. Space is limited and registration is first come, first served.

What to Bring: Proof of child’s age (birth certificate)
Cost: $45 per individual (w/jersey) or $35 (no jersey)
Registration Requirements:
· Parents/guardians will be required to fill out a waiver, sign permission forms and participants will be required to have their photo taken prior to the start of the season.
· All participants are required to play in their respective age division (players will not be allowed to “play up” a division).
Formation of teams is under the discretion of Meerscheidt staff. Requesting placement onto specific teams will not be allowed. Only siblings may request to be on the same team if they both qualify for the same age division.
