Construction will begin next week at 100 N. Main to replace the existing EV Charging Station located north of the Plaza de Las Cruces. The replacement will be a new Chargepoint CT4000 EV Dual Charging Station. This is the first of seven sustainability projects to support the use of electric vehicles.
Work is expected to start August 23, 2021 and is expected to be completed by the end of the August 2021.
This installation is in City Council District #1. The other six installations will be spread throughout the city at other municipal sites.
