City Hall and most other City of Las Cruces offices will be closed Monday, September 6, in observance of the Labor Day holiday. Police and fire services will not be affected.

- All RoadRUNNER Transit Services and facilities
- Rio Grande Theatre
- Solid Waste Offices
- Frenger pool
The following is a list of open facilities/operating services:
The City's Regional Aquatic Center and both outdoor pools will be open.
Here are the schedules:
- Regional Aquatic Center
- Aquatic Fitness Session: 7:30 - 11:30 a.m.
- Open Swim Session 1: noon to 3 p.m.
- Open Swim Session 2: 3:30 – 6:30 p.m.
- Fitness Area & Weight Room: 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- FREE SWIM DAY at Laabs Pool & East Mesa Pool: noon to 3 p.m. and 3:30 – 6:30 p.m.
Solid waste and recycling services will operate on a normal schedule.
Foothills Landfill that accepts clean fill and green waste will run as normal.
