[ARCHIVED] Kudos to Yoisdel "Joey" Sigler, Recreation Services Coordinator

Yoisdel

To:  Yoisdel "Joey" Sigler, Recreation Services Coordinator

From:  Crystal Copper, Recreation Services Supervisor

I would like to take a moment to acknowledge the kindness, professionalism, and caring that Yoisdel "Joey" Sigler exhibited on Friday, September 10, 2021. Athletics and Recreation Programs teamed up for collaboration in promoting the new FitLot station presented by AARP at the Henry Benavidez Community Center on McClure Rd. They were filming a short introduction video when our Rec Programs coordinator fell unexpectedly ill. Yoisdel, trained in first aid, snapped into action. He made sure Frances took rest in the shade and drank water to hydrate. They were able finish the video and Yoisdel drove his fellow coordinator back to the facility, feeling she should not drive. The Parks and Recreation Department are lucky to have caring, professional employees like Yoisdel with quick decision-making skills. Kudos and thank you!
