As part of the City of Las Cruces’ ongoing effort to create the best outdoor recreation experience for residents and visitors, Visit Las Cruces is collecting surveys now through October 8, to obtain public input on outdoor recreation activities and attractions throughout the area.

“These surveys will help provide insight into how community members and visitors use and perceive Las Cruces’ outdoor recreation assets,” said Hilary Dutcher, Visit Las Cruces outdoor recreation sales manager. “This will also help us identify ways to continue to promote and improve the outdoor recreation experience here in Las Cruces.”

The survey, which takes approximately five minutes to complete, is available in English and Spanish and can be submitted online using the following links:

Spanish Version: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/2NFDNHJ

Printed copies of the survey may also be completed at the Visit Las Cruces offices, 336 S. Main St., from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The survey is part of an ongoing study commissioned by Visit Las Cruces to help identify opportunities to further promote and support outdoor recreation businesses, activities, and experiences. The study also included a series of community focus groups. For information, contact Hilary Dutcher by email at hdutcher@las-cruces.org or call 575/541-2174.
