A City of Las Cruces citizen reached out requesting that Albert Hernandez be recognized for his outstanding customer service and his help. Mr. Mcvann was having issues with his City of Las Cruces Utilities bill and Albert was able to quickly and expertly recognize and correct the issues for Mr. Mcvann.
Mr. Mcvann highlighted in our conversation how Albert went out of his way to be friendly, understanding, and ensure that his experience with the city was a good one. "He listened to every issue I had and managed to resolve them all. No matter what questions I asked, Albert remained courtesy and took the time to explain the solution.
