On Thursday, October 21 at 6 p.m., Lucinda Banegas-Carreon, MPH, CHES, the Fit Families Coordinator at NMSU, will talk about how to make your holiday baking healthier. Learn how to make healthier substitutions and choose better recipes. This program will last 45 minutes with time after for questions and answers.
Fit Families helps children and their families eat healthier, get active, and feel more positive. Fit Families is offered free of charge through the generosity of New Mexico State University Cooperative Extension and Blue Cross & Blue Shield.
