Cookies! cakes! pies! breads! Learn how to make all your favorite holiday treats just a little healthier.
At 6 p.m. Thursday, October 21, Lucinda Banegas-Carreon, MPH, CHES, the Fit Families Coordinator at New Mexico State University, will talk about how to make your holiday baking healthier. Learn how to make healthier substitutions and choose better recipes. This program will last 45 minutes with time after for questions and answers.
Fit Families helps children and their families eat healthier, get active, and feel more positive. Fit Families is offered free of charge through the generosity of NMSU Cooperative Extension and Blue Cross & Blue Shield.
