[ARCHIVED] Triviz Drive, Spruce Avenue, Telshor Boulevard Striping Improvements

Orange barrels on street

The striping improvements project on Triviz Drive, Spruce Avenue, and Telshor Boulevard will resume Monday, Feb. 7, 2022. As part of the City’s continued effort to relieve congestion and improve safety, a new traffic pattern is being implemented.

  • Eastbound traffic: Spruce at Telshor will have a double left-turn and one right lane.
  • Southbound traffic: Triviz at Spruce will have two through lanes and one left lane. The improvements will also include signs, roadway markings and delineators.

Access to residences and surrounding businesses will be maintained by leaving driveways accessible. RoadRUNNER Transit routes will not be affected.

The City has verified no conflicting public or private construction projects will take place in the immediate area during this time.  Motorists are urged to use caution through the area or use an alternate route to avoid possible delays as intermittent lane closures are possible.

The work will be in City Council districts 3 and 6.

For information, contact the Public Works Department/Traffic Management Program at 575/541-2505. The TTY number is 575/541-2182.
