City of Las Cruces Mayor Pro Tem Kasandra Gandara will be interviewed on Tuesday, March 8 by Women's Empowerment Coach Laurie Crawford. The interview will begin at 8:30 a.m. MST via Facebook Live and will cover topics about the City of Las Cruces and its residents, running for City Council, and being part of an all-female council. They will also discuss the challenges of being a woman with a career and with life in general, and how those challenges were overcome. Gandara will subsequently be part of Crawford's podcast Women Om Wisdom later in the week.
Crawford's interviews and podcasts aim to give voice to the powerful wisdom that women - from all walks of life - have to share. Her vision is to empower women to create their own future and has provided coaching to business women, government officials, Fortune 500 leaders as well as stay-at-home moms.
