Beginning at 1 a.m. Sunday, May 15, 2022, for three hours, City of Las Cruces website visitors will be unable to access the Utilities online payment system and automated telephone payment functions due to payment system upgrades. During this upgrade, customers will not be able to make payments via the website or the automated telephone systems.
These functions are anticipated to be available again after 4 a.m. Sunday, May 15, 2022. All other methods of payment are unaffected by the upgrade.
