[ARCHIVED] Aquatics Facilities Summer Hours of Operation

Regional Aquatic Center for Party Rental Sessions

The City of Las Cruces Parks & Recreation Department Aquatic facilities summer hours of operation, from May 23, 2022 through September 5, 2022, will be as follows:
 
East Mesa Bataan Memorial Pool, 6141 Reynolds Drive: Two open swim sessions, from noon to 3 p.m., and from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. The pool will be closed Mondays and alternating weekdays. The East Mesa Bataan Memorial Pool will be opening May 28.
 
Laabs Pool, 750 W. Picacho Ave.: Two open swim sessions, Saturday - Sunday from noon to 3 p.m., and from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. The pool will be closed Mondays and alternating weekdays. Laabs Pool will be opening May 28.
 
One outdoor pool will remain open Tuesday through Friday on a weekly rotational basis. Two open swim sessions will be from noon to 3 p.m., and from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., beginning with Laabs Pool on May 30.
 
Frenger Pool, 800 Parkview Drive: Lap swim will be from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. Monday to Friday. Frenger Pool will be closed Saturday and Sunday.
 
Las Cruces Regional Aquatic Center, 1401 E. Hadley Ave.: The second floor fitness area and gym will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, and from noon to 6:30 p.m. Sunday beginning May 23.
 
Fitness swim sessions will be offered from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Monday to Friday, and from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Saturdays.
 
No fitness swim session on Sunday.
 
Additional Lap Swim will be from 6:45 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
 
Open Swim Sessions, from noon to 3 p.m., and 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p..  Monday to Sunday starting on May 23.
 
Due to limited capacities and staffing, outdoor facility exclusive rentals are available on Saturdays only.
 
Capacities are limited and on a first come first served basis.
 
Dates, locations, activities, and times are subject to change.
 
Metro Verde Splash Pad, 7125 Metro Park: Now open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday to Sunday and will be open daily beginning May 27.
 
Plaza de Las Cruces Interactive Fountain,101 E. Las Cruces Ave.: Now open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
