[ARCHIVED] The Wrap: Film Las Cruces and the Rio Grande Theatre To Screen Local Films

Rio Grande Theatre (1)

The Wrap is Las Cruces and Doña Ana County's Monthly Filmmakers’ Hangout

After a successful debut of the filmmaker’s hangout, The Wrap, Film Las Cruces is back at Rio Grande Theatre, 210 N. Main St., to showcase local filmmakers at 7 p.m. Wednesday, June 22, 2022.

Each night will kick off with a filmmakers Q&A for the community to engage with the film industry followed by a compilation of films made here in Las Cruces.

Film Las Cruces is currently accepting submissions of all forms of video content. This could be a segment for your school’s broadcast episode, short film, commercial, music video, documentary, or time-lapse reel.

Submissions are open to high school students or professionals. We encourage every creative filmmaker in the Las Cruces area to submit a project they would like shown on the big screen!

Visit https://www.filmlascruces.com/thewrap/ for information on content submission.

Admission for this event is free. Doors open at 6 p.m., Q&A starts at 6:30 p.m., and screenings start at 7 p.m. Concessions serving snacks, refreshments, beer, wine, and spirits will be available.
