Orange barrels on street

University Avenue, from Turrentine Drive to Locust Street, will have intermittent lane closures from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, June 27, 2022, through Friday, July 1, 2022.

The intermittent lane closures are needed for subsurface utility exploration along University Avenue. Access to nearby residences and businesses will be maintained by leaving driveways accessible.

The intermittent lane closures will affect RoadRUNNER Transit Route 2, Bus Stop No. 47, and Route 4, Bus Stop No. 19. The intermittent lane closures will be in City Council District 2.

The City has verified no conflicting public or private construction projects will take place in the immediate area during this time.
