Come to Thomas Branigan Memorial Library, 200 E. Picacho Ave., at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, July 7, 2022, and join us in the Roadrunner Room to learn about the Mediterranean diet. The Mediterranean diet is heart-healthy and can promote weight loss; it can be anti-inflammatory and possibly reduce depression. Learn about this fish, vegetable, and whole-grain diet.
