Come to the Roadrunner Room at Thomas Branigan Memorial Library, 200 E. Picacho Ave., for a Senior Fitness session at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, August 30.
Lisa Gonzales, a Silver Sneakers fitness instructor for 33 years, will guide seniors through various fitness exercises and motions to improve agility, mobility, and stability. Patrons are encouraged to bring water, small weights, and towels.
