The Las Cruces Museum System will host free, drop-in activities Tuesday through Friday, Sept. 27 through Oct. 7, during the Las Cruces Public School’s Fall Break.
Programs each day will be from 10 a.m. to noon. Visitors can earn a limited-edition museum badge by participating in at least one day’s activities. Admission to the museum and programs is free.
Facilitated badge activities will take place at a different museum each day during the first week of Fall Break:
- Tuesday, Sept. 27 at the Museum of Art, 491 N. Main St.
- Wednesday, Sept. 28 at the Museum of Nature & Science, 411 N. Main St.
- Thursday, Sept. 29 at the Branigan Cultural Center, 501 N. Main St.
- Friday, Sept. 30 at the Railroad Museum, 351 N. Mesilla St.
Visitors are invited to return to all four museums during the second week of Fall Break, from 10 a.m. to noon Oct. 4 to Oct. 7, for special self-guided activities and experiences at all four museums.
The Las Cruces Museums are on Main Street, Downtown Las Cruces and on north Mesilla Street. The museums are accessible from RoadRUNNER Transit Route 1, Stop 1.
