2. Submission of the environmental service fee remittance form and payment can be mailed to the City of Las Cruces or submitted in person to the cashiers office on the first floor of City Hall at 700 N. Main or mailed to the Cashier’s Office, City of Las Cruces, PO Box 20000, Lasa Cruces, NM 88004.

4. Please remit Environmental Service Fees within 15 days of the end of each quarter (i.e., April 15, July 15, October 15, January 15. (Delinquent payments may be subject to interest and penalty.)

   Enter the quarter that the form will be submitted for (i.e.,1,2,3, or 4) and the year.

   Enter the total number of paper bags sold during the quarter. 

10. Environmental Service Fee Collected ($0.10/bag)

    Enter the total dollar amount of Environmental Service Fees collected on for paper bag sales ($0.10 per paper bag). 

11. Environmental Service Fee Remitted (50% of total collected)

    Enter the total dollar amount of the portion of Environmental Service fee remitted to the city ($0.05 per paper bag).

    This Environmental Service Fee and the remittance are correct.

    The Las Cruces Utility Customer ID number (6 characters) found on your utility bill. (The first 9 digits are the account number.)

    The legal name of your business
